Hinge requirements
If you want to use another hinge system, the hinges should be：
- Without spring and soft close;
- Possible to reduce the opening angle to 85 degrees.
INSTALLATION
ONE-TOUCH can be retro-fitted, there is no special requirement for the cabinet.
The installation is easy and fast, which only takes 5 minutes.
BRANDING
ONE-TOUCH is available in black, white and grey colour with minimum order quantity of 2000pcs per colour per order.
ONE-TOUCH with your own logo is also available with minimum order quantity of 2000pcs per colour per order.
CONSIDERATIONS AND SOLUTIONS
Our considerations and suggestions to you after we have tested the ONE-TOUCH.
Accidental activation during installation
We have found that accidental activation of the ONE-TOUCH is possible during installation, this will cause the opening arm to open with a great force.
Possible solution to prevent accidental activation
If this become an issue, a potential solution could be a safety clip that is removed as the last step of the installation. Your comments and suggestions are welcome.
Rigidity of door panel
For the ONE-TOUCH to function optimally, the door panel must have a good degree of rigidity. This is needed to achieve the most reliable activation.
We found that 18-19 mm thick MDF panel is a good balance between door weight and rigidity.
Reducing opening angle
In the case of 2 doors opening against each other or against a side panel, it is necessary to reduce opening angle, so that collisions are avoided.
Collisions can be avoided by reducing the opening angle, by inserting a plastic clip into the hinge. The plastic clip is supplied with all hinges.

Reset angle
The door needs to open beyond 80 degrees to reach the reset angle, otherwise the door will not close.
